Welcome to 4D lab hoops
My name is Demarious Houston , and I’m the founder of 4Dlabhoops. I’m 24 years old, originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and currently serve as a basketball coach at the University of Saint Mary in Kansas.
Basketball has been a major part of my life, and my passion goes far beyond wins and losses. Through 4DLab Hoops, my goal is to help young athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and learn valuable lessons that extend beyond the court.
I believe great coaching starts with relationships. Every player is different, and I strive to create an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and motivated to become the best version of themselves. Whether you’re just beginning your basketball journey or looking to take your game to the next level, I’m committed to helping you grow.
